Our number one priority is our customer’s satisfaction. If any damage or fault occurs, we will be happy to, on the customer's behalf, converse with the relevant manufacturer and organize or assist with the the repair.
Any damaged product in transit or dead on arrival must be reported to us within 10 days of receiving item and we will ship a replacement immediately after receiving the faulty item. The shipping cost is to be paid by the customer.
The warranty will immediately be null and void if the item is misused or used for wrongful purpose. For example to pick up liquids, plaster dust, powder or for commercial or industrial use when the item is not designed for that purpose.
All bags, belts and filters are consumables and therefore are not covered by warranty. They must be replaced by customer, at customers own cost and in accordance to manufacturers instructions. If such consumables are not regularly replaced and this in turn causes damage to the product, the warranty is null and void.
Blockages of hose, filters, rods, and heads are not covered under manufacturer’s warranty. If damage occurs due to a blockage, it in not covered under the manufacturers warranty and the warranty is then null and void.

If the repair not covered under manufactures warranty, Commercialvacuumcleaner.com.au reserves the right to charge for any repairs, service, and clearing blockages.
Products will only be repaired or exchanged after an evaluation by a Commercialvacuumcleaner.com.au service agent or manufacturers service agent. All The shipping cost is to be paid by the customer.
